THIS POST HAS NO TITLE
Last night I found myself tossing and turning all night. I never ever ever have difficulty sleeping, yet I couldn't seem to get comfortable and I didn't know what it was. Finally I decided to find the energy to get up and walk the ten steps to our bathroom. After that- I slept like a rock. I could have completely dodged those miserable, sleepless hours if I had gotten up to pee earlier. Stupid, stupid me.

I used to have that problem when I was pregnant, now I have it because I have had a grand total of 43 1/2 pounds of baby sitting on my bladder over the years. It really is stupid to not just get up and take care of business. What is wrong with us?
